We are approaching the launch date of our revised HSphere Assist help system for the end of May 2007.

We have made a few customization changes and before we update your system, we will require your information. Existing customers: can you please complete the form at http://www.hsphereassist.com/forms/upload.html before May 30, 2007?

We have added detailed customization information that we would like to know BEFORE we publish your new version - provided you are under a maintenance agreement. Please disregard uploading the standard fields we should already have on file.

If you require renewal or to purchase a maintenance agreement, you can do so directly on our site www.hsphereassist.com . We will be adding H-Sphere 3.0 and up features, some updated information and streamlined current functions.

We expect to begin publishing by the end of May and you will be notified once complete. Please have your forms completed by May 30th and check ftp accounts to ensure we can publish through. If not, we will publish with the information we have and the additional detailed changes will cost $40.00 per help system set after this date (until the next scheduled revision or publish).
